The two bottlenecks that were limiting Ron Spomer Outdoors from reaching its full potential were a lack of consistency and not leveraging multiple monetization opportunities. Our team helped Ron create an optimized content roadmap that allowed him to give his online audience consistent value.
Our team decided to focus on those two factors when building Ron's strategy. We set up an ongoing content plan with deadlines, milestone tracking, and an organizational structure that would give Ron the tools he needed to deliver high-value content 4-5 times a week.
This really got the ball rolling. His audience began growing and tuning in regularly. Once Ron's growth began to skyrocket, our team began to add new income channels. Among those channels were a new Podcast channel, a Patreon account, affiliate marketing, and a members' only area on his website.
