THE Strategy:

After speaking to the Standing Stone creators about their goals, our team got to work building out a concrete strategy that would deliver tangible outcomes.

The first step consisted of producing high-quality and high-value videos that followed a consistent posting schedule. These videos were optimized for high-ranking keywords that targeted their audience’s interests. To accelerate growth, we recommended they stick to three videos a week to really get the ball rolling.

Once we began seeing their subscriber count jump, we suggested they continue to build on their growth by creating a Patreon account and podcast to diversify their income streams. Sponsorship and affiliate partnerships started to pour in, which presented a new opportunity — a branded e-commerce store. The launch was a success, and Standing Stone’s profit margins really took off when they began promoting their products in training videos.
